A respected and growing Newport Beach-area law firm is seeking a General Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join its expanding practice group. This role is ideal for a litigation attorney who thrives on variety, wants meaningful responsibility, and enjoys handling sophisticated matters from beginning to end.
The Opportunity
This position offers hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation and the chance to take ownership of cases while working alongside experienced trial lawyers in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is confident managing a litigation file and eager to continue sharpening courtroom and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities include:
Handling cases from inception through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Developing case strategy and working directly with clients
Arguing motions and participating in trials
Assisting with appeals on select matters
Practice Scope
The firm's general litigation practice is broad and dynamic, offering exposure to a wide range of substantive areas, including:
Business and Commercial Disputes
Real Estate Litigation
