Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Training Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in developing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, adult education, corporate training and project management, ensuring that initiatives align with organizational goals and meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create curriculum and content that meets learning objectives for corporate environments.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver training materials and track learner progress.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve future sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning technologies and best practices in training & development.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or Psychology
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development for customer service and sales representatives.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and tools used for content development and delivery.
- Proficiency in presentation skills to effectively engage learners during training sessions.
