We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee and manage our salon suites business 4 days a week for 5 hour shifts. As an example, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am-3pm. Days and hours are somewhat flexible. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property leasing, facilities management, administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Lease suites to prospects
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Manage social media
- Collect rent
- Stock supplies
- Submit weekly leasing report
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants
Experience:
- Prior experience in property management is a plus
- Familiarity with leasing processes
- Strong customer service skills
- Social media posting experience is a plus
