Elite Teachers Institute (ETI) is seeking a motivated and organized CDA Coach to support early childhood educators enrolled in our Child Development Associate (CDA) credentialing program throughout the New Orleans region.
This position focuses on coaching, accountability, communication, and supporting teachers through coursework completion while maintaining professionalism and strong relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate has experience in early childhood education, coaching/advising adults, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Support CDA candidates through ETI coursework and program completion
- Conduct virtual and/or in-person coaching meetings
- Monitor candidate progress and assignment completion
- Assist candidates with Canvas, BKC, and CDA process navigation
- Attend and facilitate Friday Professional Development sessions as assigned
- Maintain communication with ETI staff, success coordinators, and candidates
- Document candidate interactions and progress updates
- Encourage candidate accountability and motivation throughout the program
Qualifications
- Experience in Early Childhood Education required
- CDA Credential, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, or training adults preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology platforms such as Zoom, Canvas, Better Kid Care email
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Must be professional, dependable, and responsive

Schedule
- Flexible schedule
- Some evening availability may be required
- Friday PD availability preferred
