Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Automotive Sales and Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through the sales and service process. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive our customer engagement efforts, helping to build lasting relationships and grow our dealership’s reputation. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person to promote vehicle sales and service appointments
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and upsell additional services or vehicle accessories
- Coordinate with the sales team to support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts for fleet or corporate accounts
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and manage follow-ups efficiently
- Assist in inventory management by providing feedback on vehicle availability and customer preferences
- Deliver excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automotive sales environments with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle B2B sales processes, including deal structuring and contract negotiations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Skilled in upselling additional products or services to enhance revenue opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms used in automotive dealerships for managing leads and customer data
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage a sales pipeline, and meet deadlines
- Effective public speaking and presentation skills for engaging customers and conducting product demonstrations
- Experience with inventory control, retail math, and automotive industry terminology is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, active listening, and clear articulation of product benefits
