A Title Examiner will be able to compile and examine public records, including but not limited to deeds, voluntary and involuntary liens, and exception documents to determine the insurability of a property's title. The examiner will be able to learn and use client specific software to issue an accurate and completed commitment to insure and communicate any and all clouds on title or other problems needing addressed.
