Duties
- Supervise children during free play, snacks, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement
- Light cleaning to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Follow mandated reporting laws by promptly reporting any concerns related to child safety or well-being
- Support behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions among children
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively
- Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and enthusiasm
- Must provide own transportation
