We are seeking a skilled and motivated maintenance guy to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities. As a maintenance guy, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that our premises and equipment are in excellent condition.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry work.
Respond to maintenance requests from staff or tenants and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain and repair equipment, including HVAC systems, machinery, and appliances.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and materials used.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and communicate any needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance work, preferably in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques across multiple trades.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual labor tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
