We're looking for a
Client Support Specialist to join a growing team. You'll be the go-to resource for clients, helping answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and support requests
- Build strong relationships by providing friendly, responsive, and professional service
- Research and resolve client issues with confidence and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and confidential client account information
- Process sensitive data, including payroll-related information, with precision
- Prioritize multiple requests while keeping clients informed every step of the way
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, help desk, technical support, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new technology
