Requisition Summary
Kenworth is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to support the full recruiting lifecycle. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to support sourcing, outreach, candidate screening, and the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruiting. You’ll develop skills in customer focus, relationship building, organization, and communication, while contributing to a results driven and collaborative HR team at Kenworth and PACCAR.
Position Responsibilities
Support the full-cycle recruiting process by managing job postings, sourcing, scheduling and candidate communications while building and promoting the PACCAR and Kenworth employer brand.
Assist in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, IT, Accounting, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build candidate pipelines
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens
Help coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience while
Partner with HR Business Partners to identify internal talent and support internal mobility efforts
Maintain accurate data in SuccessFactors
Support recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Drive and take a proactive approach to partnering with hiring managers to support and advance recruiting efforts
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
2-3 years of experience working in HR, sales, marketing, or other people-facing roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
Interest in talent acquisition and building a career in recruiting
Exposure to SuccessFactors is a plus

We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for the Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter is $70,500 – $105,800 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
