What You'll Do
As an Arch Support Specialist, you'll guide customers through a personalized fitting experience designed to identify solutions that help them feel and move better. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment
- Educating customers on Good Feet products and recommending personalized solutions
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales goals through consultative selling
- Tracking performance metrics and continuously developing your skills
- Supporting daily store operations, inventory management, and system processes
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Experiencing and understanding the benefits of our products firsthand
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- $18 per hour base pay
- Uncapped tiered commission structure
- Average annual earnings between $43,000–$60,000+, with top performers earning significantly more

Store Hours
- Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive, empathetic attitude
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Quick learner who adapts well to change
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to climb and descend ladders safely
- Ability to measure and fit customers for Good Feet products
