American Traveler is seeking an experienced Surgical/OR Tech with current pediatric OR experience for a 13-week hospital assignment in a high-acuity pediatric surgical setting.

Work in a large academic hospital's pediatric ORs handling a full range of surgical services including cardiac, general, neuro, ortho, plastics, GYN, ENT, ophthalmology, and trauma

Day shift schedule working four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with no set weekly schedule

40 hours per week

On-call required per unit, averaging 4–6 calls per 6-week schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

EMR system is Epic (Scrub role)

Minimum of 4–5 years of surgical tech experience required

Current pediatric OR experience required

Experience in a facility with 500+ beds required

Completion of an accredited surgical tech program required; certification is not required

BLS certification required

SSN and DOB required for consideration

1 professional reference required for consideration

Active licensure required if applicable

Orientation is held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month; candidates must clear all pre-employment requirements by 5:00 PM the Thursday prior to the orientation date
