Experienced Aesthetic Injector – Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

A well-established, physician-owned plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in the Washington, DC metro area is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Perform cosmetic laser and energy-based treatments
- Educate patients on treatment options, maintenance plans, and post-treatment care
- Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
- Deliver consistently high-quality aesthetic outcomes and an exceptional patient experience
- Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical team
- Participate in practice marketing, patient events, and social media initiatives
- Stay current on aesthetic products, technologies, techniques, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Cosmetic laser experience strongly preferred
- Established aesthetic patient following preferred
- Strong consultation and patient relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a desire to grow and maintain a successful patient base
- Comfortable with social media and contributing to practice marketing initiatives
- Positive, collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Strong aesthetic eye and commitment to natural-looking results
