What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in keeping our revenue cycle healthy and our clinics financially successful by managing insurance claims, resolving billing issues, supporting collections efforts, and helping deliver a seamless patient financial experience.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:

Submitting and tracking dental insurance claims

Provide timely responses to department tickets (via Zendesk portal)

Investigating denied or unpaid claims and resolving issues quickly

Posting insurance and patient payments accurately

Managing accounts receivable follow-up and aging reports

Communicating with insurance carriers and clinic teams

Assisting patients with billing questions and payment solutions

Helping improve workflows and revenue cycle efficiency

Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience in dental billing, healthcare billing, or revenue cycle management (preferred)
-
Knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, EOBs, and billing workflows
-
Experience using practice management or billing systems
-
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
-
DSO or multi-location healthcare experience preferred
-
Dentrix Enterprise or Ascend is a plus
