Job Description
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the community. This community is a Home for the Aged License. The Executive Director ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. ED’s responsibility will also include resident satisfaction, hiring and staffing for their community, and team leadership.
The Executive Director must have some clinical background (LPN or more is a bonus but not required) demonstrate a passion for leading and developing people and promoting excellent service delivery to seniors. Sound judgment, problem solving, decision making, and organizational / time management skills are necessary to be successful. We look for strong interpersonal communication skills, so that our Executive Directors can effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences. It is preferred that candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social work, nursing, Hospitality, or like program. In lieu of degree, 4 years management experience in senior housing, hospitality, or related industry is also acceptable. This position also requires experience working in the senior living, LTC, or like industry. This is a on-call position as well.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
