The advisor will inherit an established client base while also being expected to develop new relationships and grow assets under management through referrals, existing client opportunities, and strategic business development. Advisors are supported by a dedicated operations, planning, and investment team, allowing them to focus on client relationships, financial planning, and business development rather than administrative responsibilities.

Partner with clients to develop financial strategies addressing retirement, investment, tax, estate, insurance, and business planning needs.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans utilizing planning software and internal resources.
Work collaboratively with the firm's investment team to implement appropriate portfolio strategies.
Deliver holistic financial advice while maintaining a fiduciary, fee-only advisory approach.

Develop new client relationships through referrals, centers of influence, and strategic networking.
Support client retention initiatives while contributing to the firm's overall growth objectives.
Participate in business development efforts focused on expanding relationships with families and privately held business owners.
Partner closely with operations, client service, planning, and investment professionals to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Mentor junior advisors and contribute to the development of less experienced team members.
Collaborate with leadership on best practices, client strategies, and firm initiatives.
Support a culture centered on teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
9–10+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
Active Series 65 license required.
Candidates with a Series 7/66 combination will be considered if willing to allow the Series 7 registration to lapse.
Experience within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment.
Comprehensive financial planning experience.
Strong relationship management and business development skills.
Demonstrated success serving affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Stable career progression with a strong tenure history.
Experience utilizing MoneyGuidePro.
Experience with Orion portfolio management software.
Experience serving privately held business owners and multi-generational families.
Existing client relationships or transferable book of business (book purchase may be considered).
