Tommy Nix Auto Group is looking for a detail oriented person to fill the role of a service advisor in our service department. Are you motivated and customer oriented? Do you want to work in the fast paced automotive industry? Then Automotive Service Advisor is the right job for you!
Duties Include:
- Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner and develop customer loyalty
- Determine vehicle service needs based on customer information and vehicle walk around
- Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning on-going maintenance of their vehicle
- Follow up with progress calls/ and or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time
- Generate estimates, suggest service and advise of any promotional products
- Documents repair and maintenance changes on repair order
- Resolve customer complaints and questions
Qualification/Requirements:
- Experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Dealer track preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Consistent and stable work history
- Valid Drivers License
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
