We are seeking two experienced and passionate Licensed Therapists to join our expanding team at our Palm Aire and Wellington offices. This W-2 position offers the stability of employment, full administrative support, and comprehensive benefits within a collaborative and growth-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples: Address emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns using developmentally appropriate, client-centered interventions.
- Utilize Evidence-Based Approaches: Incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and other appropriate modalities.
- Conduct Assessments & Treatment Planning: Develop individualized, strength-based treatment plans tailored to each client.
- Maintain Clinical Documentation: Complete timely, accurate, and compliant records per Genesis Counseling standards.
- Participate in Team Meetings & Case Consultations: Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Florida License (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience working with multiple age groups (children, teens, adults, couples)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation & Schedule
- Clinicians are paid based on a percentage of the contracted rate of insurance for sessions completed.
- Full-Time: 25 billable client hours per week (eligible for full benefits).
- Part-Time: 15 billable client hours per week (partial benefits eligibility).
- $2,000 Hiring Bonus available (Full-time position only)
