About the Opportunity
SkySource Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support multiple operational facilities across Southern California and Nevada. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while providing hands-on HR support in employee relations, talent management, compliance, organizational development, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and support conflict resolution efforts.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Lead performance management processes and assist leaders with talent assessments.
- Facilitate leadership and employee training programs.
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR-related programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
- Analyze HR trends and data to provide recommendations and drive business decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership teams.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, and employment law.
- Experience with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between locations.
Preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, or other operational environments.
- Experience with SAP or similar HRIS platforms.
- Benefits administration and annual enrollment experience.
- Process improvement and organizational development experience.
