Contract Length: 6 months + potential to extend
Location: Wyoming, MN
Work Arrangement: Full onsite
1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm CST
Rate: Pay rates of $24-$25/hour
Experience Needed:
- 3+ years of hands-on mechanic experience (powersports, automotive, or heavy equipment)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and documentation
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
- Preferred: Forklift and skid loader experience
What You'll Do:
- Repair, inspect, and refurbish ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles
- Diagnose issues and replace major components, including engines and drivetrains
- Prepare vehicles for resale or process them for scrap
- Track inventory and maintain accurate records using digital systems
- Move vehicles and parts using material handling equipment
- Support inventory organization, vehicle sales processing, and facility operations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years hands-on mechanic/technician experience (powersports, automotive, or heavy equipment)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in diagnostics and major component repair
- Ability to safely operate forklifts or willingness to become certified
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory tracking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, tracking, basic data use)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and work with heavy components in a shop environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree (PowerSports, Automotive, Diesel, or related field)
- Powersports/ORV experience (ATV, UTV, snowmobile)
- Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and data acquisition systems (scan tools, CAN systems)
- Fabrication and welding experience
- Periodic travel may be required (plants or warehouse locations)
