The purpose of the New Patient Scheduler is to provide support by telephone and schedule all incoming new patient referrals. Other duties include confirming, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments as well as directing physician to physician calls.
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.
