The Impact You Will Make
As a part-time LPN on our skilled nursing team, you will blend exceptional clinical expertise with genuine compassion. You will be a trusted, key player in our residents' daily care and rehabilitation journeys.
- Deliver Direct Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, and accurately manage clinical documentation in our electronic health records system.
- Monitor & Assess: Keep a close eye on resident vital signs, manage chronic conditions, and proactively note changes in physical or clinical status.
- Lead the Unit: Provide helpful daily direction, support, and routine monitoring for our stellar team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Collaborate Daily: Partner seamlessly with Registered Nurses, therapists, and physicians to ensure care plans are transcribed and executed accurately.
- Champion Families: Welcome and orient new residents, and maintain warm, positive communication with family members regarding their loved one's milestones.
Qualifications:
- LPN license in accordance with CO State law
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work well in teams
Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
