Position Summary
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with significant business development experience, including high-volume prospecting, direct outreach to new clients, and outbound marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated sales professional who thrives on generating new leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth in a technical and fast-moving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive business development efforts through daily outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and qualification
- Execute targeted marketing outreach to new and existing client segments
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
- Build strong relationships with clients in broadcast, live events, and entertainment
- Coordinate with rental and technical teams to ensure project success
- Use Flex Rental Solutions for quoting and coordination, and Zoho CRM for lead tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pro audio, production wireless, or professional broadcast sales
- Proven success in outbound sales, cold calling, and marketing-driven lead generation
- Strong understanding of wireless audio systems and signal flow is preferred
- Experience with Flex Rental Solutions and Zoho CRM & Inventory is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, follow-through, and client service mindset
- Self-starter who takes ownership of performance and results
- Comfortable in a small, high-output team environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
