Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of construction tasks, including drywall, painting, concrete, wood framing, flooring, cabinet installation, and tile work.
- Operate construction equipment such as concrete mixers, jackhammers, pneumatic tools, and scaffolding.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free job site.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time and to high standards.
- Assist in job site cleanup and material handling as needed.
- Take direction from supervisors and project managers to ensure quality craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction labor or a similar field (we provide training, but prior knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with siding, brake (metal work), drywall, and painting.
- Drywall and painting experience preferred (5+ years).
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10 and Lead Paint Certifications (preferred; training will be provided to obtain certifications).
- Ability to pass a background check.
