HVAC Service Technician
Family-Owned Company | No Sales Pressure | Stable Hours | Ethical Service
We’re a third-generation, family-owned HVAC company looking for technicians who want to build a long-term career in an environment where quality work, honesty, and work-life balance still matter.
We are not owned by private equity. We are not driven by investor quotas or unrealistic sales targets. Our technicians focus on diagnosing problems correctly, taking care of customers, and recommending only repairs or replacements customers genuinely need.
If you want to go home at night knowing you helped people and treated them fairly, we may be a good fit.
We serve customers throughout Blount, Knox, Loudon, and Monroe Counties. Applicants must reside within our primary service area to support reasonable commute times, responsive service, and a sustainable work schedule.
