What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and visitor management processes at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or authorization for people, vehicles, and deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.

Document daily activity, access-related incidents, and unusual observations in required logs and reports, following post orders and site-specific policies.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including production, warehouse, and parking areas, with attention to security-related concerns and access control issues.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
