World Class Distribution is seeking a motivated and dependable Bread Thaw Supervisor to lead our bread thawing operation in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are thawed safely, efficiently, and on schedule to support customer orders and daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily bread thawing process to ensure products are prepared according to established schedules.
- Ensure all thawing procedures meet company standards, food safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates assigned to the thaw room.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product flow with warehouse and production teams.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure product freshness and integrity.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and thawing records.
- Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist warehouse management with additional operational duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, food manufacturing, food distribution, or production environment preferred.
- Experience handling food products is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in refrigerated and warehouse environments.
- Basic computer and inventory management experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation procedures.
- Experience with warehouse inventory systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
