We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team. This position primarily focuses on lawn care and property maintenance, with opportunities to work on landscaping, hardscaping, and general labor projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lawn Care: Drive a truck and trailer setup, operate zero-turn mowers, weed whackers, and leaf blowers.
- Landscaping: Assist with trimming, mulching, stone installation, and general projects.
- Hardscape & Excavation: Help build retaining walls, patios, and assist with grading ect.
- Handyman Work: Complete miscellaneous odd jobs and general maintenance tasks.
Schedule & Hours
- Standard Hours: 40 hours per week (Typically Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Days Off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Flexibility Required: Daily end times fluctuate based on the job list.
- Overtime: Weekend work (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) may occur due to weather delays, high volume or side jobs (if additional work is desired).
