Service Advisor / Service Writer – Flagg's Automotive
Location: Owosso, MI
Pay: Competitive Base Pay + Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Communicate technician findings and recommendations to customers
- Prepare estimates and present repair options
- Schedule appointments and manage vehicle workflow
- Provide customer updates throughout the repair process
- Review completed repairs and explain invoices
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Help maintain a positive and professional shop environment
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Honest, dependable, and team-oriented
