Dental Treatment Coordinator/Manager (Montebello)
**Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator Needed for Growing Multi-Specialty Practice**
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving multi-specialty dental office. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in case acceptance, patient retention, insurance coordination, and helping practices achieve and exceed production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans and educate patients on the value and benefits of recommended care. Maintain strong case acceptance rates through effective communication and patient education.
Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience.
Help drive patient retention, referrals, and online reviews.
Monitor and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly production and collection goals.
Verify insurance benefits and accurately explain coverage and financial responsibilities.
Coordinate financing options and payment arrangements.
Manage dental billing, claims follow-up, insurance aging, and accounts receivable.
Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient journey.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of dental treatment coordinator experience preferred.
Strong PPO insurance experience required.
Experience with Denti-Cal and private-pay patients required.
Proven success in case presentation and treatment acceptance.
Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
Experience meeting and exceeding production and collection goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a goal-driven environment.
Eaglesoft experience strongly preferred.
Spanish bilingual preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$29–$38/hour DOE
