Product Technician
The primary function of AKUA Product Technician (PT) is to insure the customer experience exceeds expectations. This includes facilitating the product lifecycle after the sale is made and ensuring customer satisfaction with, and realized value from, their AKUA services. The PT coordinates the procurement, production and delivery, customer use, training and deployment of the AKUA service. Baltimore, MD.
