We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing inventory, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring the store is kept clean and organized. This is a working manager position. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, strong attention to detail and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the store.
- Manage daily sales reports and inventory tracking
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain inventory and order new stock as needed.
- Monitor store performance and develop strategies to improve it.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Pay: $52,228.00 - $58,977.00 per year
