Job Description:
The prestigious New York Athletic Club, one of the world's premier private clubs, is seeking a full-time Ladies' Locker Room Attendant. The Locker Room Attendant is the face of the NYAC for our Members and guests, upholding the standard of excellence and luxury for which our Club has been renowned since its founding in 1868.
As a Locker Floor Attendant, you are responsible for creating a world-class Member experience on the Ladies' Locker Floor. This includes maintaining the highest standard of customer service (providing fresh towels, securely checking in valuables, fielding questions and concerns) as well as ensuring the locker room, showers, and restrooms are clean, fully stocked, and ready for use by our female Members at any time during business hours. Locker Room Attendants should be knowledgeable of Club services, features, upcoming events, and special offerings.
Required Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred.
Reliable and predictable attendance.
Present a positive, professional image.
Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented, providing an exceptional experience to Members and guests.
Strong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills.

Sunday 7am-3pm
Monday 2:30pm-10:30pm
Tuesday 2:30pm-10:30pm
Wednesday 2:30pm-10:30pm
Thursday 2:30pm-10:30pm
Fridays and Saturdays OFF
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
