Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection: Assist in posting job listings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communications.
- Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate new hire orientations, coordinate first-week schedules, and help integrate new team members smoothly.
- HR Data & Metrics: Maintain employee records and track basic operational metrics using Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets) or Microsoft Excel.
- Events & Engagement: Plan and coordinate internal company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives to foster a positive culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest ideas to streamline daily HR routines and improve operational processes.
- General HR Support: Act as a friendly primary contact for basic employee questions, escalating complex issues as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources or Office Administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Excel (comfortable with data organization, filtering, and basic formulas).
- Ability to accurately track and report basic operational or HR metrics.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus (equivalent practical experience is fully valued).
