Responsibilities
- Perform frame carpentry, including constructing and installing structures such as walls, roofs, and floors.
- Execute trim carpentry tasks, ensuring precise fitting and finishing of woodwork.
- Engage in masonry work as needed, contributing to the overall integrity of construction projects.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components using hand tools and heavy equipment.
- Operate metal stud framing systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and heavy equipment related to carpentry work.
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with metal stud framing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
