- 熟悉预约系统、Chassis管理、提柜及还箱流程
- 能够独立解决码头、铁路场站及司机运营中的复杂问题
- 具备较强的协调能力和执行能力
- 中英文流利，沟通能力强

Dispatch Manager
Location: Edison, NJ
A New Jersey-based Port Drayage Trucking Company is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee daily transportation operations and driver management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Port Drayage or Container Transportation Operations Management within the NJ/NY market
Management Experience
Proven experience managing dispatch teams and truck drivers
Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of NJ/NY ports, rail terminals, and container transportation operations
- Familiar with appointment scheduling systems, chassis management, container pickup and return processes
- Ability to independently resolve complex operational issues involving ports, rail terminals, and drivers
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
