We are a Successful Technology Company looking for a qualified detail-oriented Computer Technician with entry level skills that will install, maintain & troubleshooting computer systems and networks.
A successful IT Support Specialist-entry level must have :
- Basic Knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems.
-Troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail and learn our Hospitality Point of Sale Software.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
- Excellent customer service skills by effectively communicating technical solutions to users.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Entry-level knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Entry-level knowledge with computer networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with basic network configurations.
- Entry-level diagnostic & problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven previous experience in IT support or a related field is a Plus
