About the role

As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind daily operations, team performance, and the exceptional guest experience that defines our brand. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced food service environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily store operations and overall performance
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, and develop team members and shift leads
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated concerns promptly
- Foster a culture of innovation by actively soliciting staff input
- Manage inventory, ordering cycles, and vendor relationships
- Report discrepancies and operational concerns to ownership in a timely manner
- Operate, clean, and maintain frozen yogurt equipment to manufacturer standards
- Oversee sales reporting, cash handling accuracy, and loss prevention practices
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance at all times
- Open and close the store as needed; maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Requirements
- Prior food industry experience required
- Demonstrated management experience in food service or retail
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and on-call coverage
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
