American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg night shift position on a 21-bed Ortho/Med-Surg unit with a 3:1 patient ratio and float requirements.

21-bed Ortho/Med-Surg unit (3 South) in a hospital setting
-
Patient population includes total joint replacement, general surgery, urology surgery, chest pain observation, pancreatitis, osteomyelitis, cellulitis, and more
-
Patient ratio of 3:1
-
Night shift: 18:45–07:15
-
Float required to 5S, a Med/Tele/PCU unit
-
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
-
Weekend-only candidates will also be considered

13-week contract
-
Active IN RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
-
BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
-
Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience required

Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start

Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Two professional references required for consideration
