What You'll Do
- Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional client service.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, certificates, claims assistance, and coverage questions.
- Prepare quotes for new and existing clients.
- Process policy changes using agency management systems and carrier websites.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support both personal and small commercial insurance accounts.
- Work closely with the agency team to ensure an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications
- We are looking for someone seeking a long-term career—not simply their next job.
- Current NYS Property & Casualty License strongly preferred.
- Prior insurance agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Unlicensed candidates will be considered and must be willing to obtain a NY Property & Casualty License within 3–6 months of employment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
