Now Hiring: OB/GYN Medical Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing OB/GYN practice. If you are passionate about women's health and enjoy working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information.
- Assist providers with gynecologic exams and office procedures.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
- Administer injections, medications, and vaccines as directed.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Educate patients on medications, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) preferred.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- OB/GYN experience is a plus, but motivated candidates with medical assistant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
