About Petersen's Ice Cream
Petersen's Ice Cream is a beloved local ice cream chain with 6 locations serving up smiles and scoops every day. We're passionate about great ice cream, great service, and building a team that genuinely loves what they do. Whether you're looking for a first job, a fun part-time gig, or a place to grow, we'd love to have you on the team! This is an hourly + tips position.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in
- Scoop, serve, and prepare ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Restock toppings, cones, and supplies throughout your shift
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Work as a team player to keep lines moving and customers happy
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, energetic personality with a passion for customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Available to work open shifts and closing shifts, 10:30AM-10:00PM M-SUN mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (peak times for us!)
- Reliable and punctual — your team counts on you
- No prior experience required — we'll train you!
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
