Hiring for days and weekends * part time
Tubby’s 13 & Harper SCS is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this position.
