Facility & Grounds Maintenance
- Assist in routine facility repairs and maintenance, ensuring all farm structures are safe and operational.
- Monitor and maintain restroom trailers, ensuring they remain clean, stocked, and in working order.
- Assist with groundskeeping, waste management, and janitorial upkeep to maintain a clean and organized farm environment.
- Work closely with the owner, Bob, on landscaping and grounds improvement projects to enhance farm aesthetics and functionality.
- Assist in seasonal landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, trimming, and general upkeep of green spaces.
Tent Installations & Event Setup
- Install and dismantle farm-owned tents for seasonal operations and events.
- Assist in supervising the setup of contractor-installed tents and ensure proper permitting and inspections.
- Ensure tent parts and supplies are properly organized and stored during the off-season.
Food Trailer Operations
- Ensure the food trailer is cleaned, stocked, and ready for operation each day.
- Assist with basic propane monitoring and supply refills.
- Handle general maintenance and troubleshooting of food trailer equipment.
Worker Housing & Safety Compliance
- Assist in minor maintenance requests for worker housing, reporting any issues to management.
- Support the worker housing inspection process by helping coordinate necessary repairs.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed while performing tasks in all operational areas.
Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance Support
- Help identify equipment issues and report them to the Facilities & Operations Manager.
- Assist in routine checks for farm vehicles, forklifts, refrigeration units, and other machinery.
General Operational Support
- Support the Facilities & Operations Manager in implementing farm-wide efficiency improvements.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and special projects related to maintenance, operations, and logistics.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
