Chelsea, NYC | Part-Time to Full-Time Growth Role
Private pelvic health care. One-on-one sessions. High-end Chelsea setting. Mentorship from an established 5-PT pelvic health team. Room to grow into a full-time leadership role.
Mana Physical Pelvic Health is expanding into Chelsea, New York City, and we’re looking for a pelvic health physical therapist to help us build something special from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for a pelvic PT who wants more than a typical clinic job. You’ll be part of a growing pelvic health brand with established locations in New Jersey, a strong mentorship structure, and a clear vision for what pelvic health care should feel like: private, thoughtful, specialized, movement-based, and deeply human.
This role will begin as a part-time position with the goal of growing into full-time as the Chelsea schedule builds.
Why This Role Exists
So many pelvic health patients are dismissed, rushed, or told their symptoms are “normal.”
They are told to wait.
They are told to live with it.
They are given generic advice when they need specialized care.
We believe pelvic health patients deserve better.
At Mana, pelvic health is not an add-on service. It is one of the core pillars of our company. We currently have 5 pelvic health physical therapists across our team and are continuing to grow because the demand for specialized pelvic care is clear.
Our goal in Chelsea is to bring that same level of private, one-on-one, high-quality pelvic health care into New York City.
The Setting
You’ll be treating inside a premium boutique wellness environment in Chelsea with private treatment suites, sound-insulated walls, and a polished, calming feel that helps patients feel safe and taken seriously from the moment they arrive.
The setting also gives us access to much more than a treatment room. Depending on the patient’s needs, we can use:
- Private treatment suites
- Pilates reformers
- Strength training equipment
- Barbells and functional training space
- Treadmills
- Return-to-run and return-to-exercise programming
- Full-body movement, strength, and performance-based progression
This makes the role especially exciting for a pelvic PT who wants to help patients move beyond symptom reduction and all the way back to real life: running, lifting, exercise, sports, intimacy, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and feeling like themselves again.
What Makes This Different
This is not a high-volume, insurance-mill position.
You’ll treat patients one-on-one, with the time and space to actually listen, assess, educate, and progress care properly.
You’ll also have the support of an established pelvic health team behind you. Although this role is based in NYC, you will have ongoing mentorship and collaboration from our experienced pelvic health clinicians in New Jersey, including regular case discussion and clinical support.
We also host a company-wide Pelvic Health Collective once per quarter, where our pelvic PTs come together to discuss cases, techniques, upcoming trainings, clinical questions, and how we continue improving as a pelvic health team.
You won’t be building alone. You’ll be helping launch the Chelsea location with the backing of a growing pelvic health company.
This Role Is Perfect For You If…
- You want to grow in pelvic health, but you don’t want to feel isolated
- You are excited by the idea of helping build a new Chelsea pelvic health program
- You want one-on-one treatment time instead of rushed, overlapping visits
- You care deeply about patient comfort, privacy, and trust
- You are interested in pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, bladder/bowel symptoms, return to exercise, or return to running
- You like the idea of blending pelvic health with strength, Pilates-based rehab, movement, and performance
- You are coachable, thoughtful, and excited to keep developing clinically
- You want a role that can grow with you over time
Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to a range of backgrounds.
You may already have pelvic health experience.
You may be an early-career PT with pelvic coursework or a pelvic clinical affiliation.
You may have a strong orthopedic, dance, sports, Pilates, or women’s health background and want to specialize more deeply in pelvic health.
The right person is someone who is clinically curious, emotionally mature, warm with patients, and excited about building something with the right mentorship and support.
You do not need to be an expert in every pelvic health condition on day one.
If your current strengths are in pregnancy, postpartum care, pelvic pain, orthopedic pelvic presentations, return to exercise, dance rehab, or general pelvic health, that’s okay. We will support your growth over time.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one pelvic health physical therapy evaluations and follow-up care
- Treat in a private, patient-centered, trauma-informed manner
- Help patients progress from symptom management to strength, movement, exercise, and return to life

- Help shape the patient experience for our Chelsea pelvic health program
- Document clearly and professionally

- Part-time W-2 structure

- Long-term opportunity for leadership, mentorship, and growth within the NYC pelvic health program
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the role, not just fill hours.
