Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in visual art education.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies to create a safe and productive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and concerns.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, learning technology, and innovative teaching methods.
