Direct Support Staff Team Member (HHA/CNA)
Community Connection Healthcare, LLC is looking for Bilingual CNAs or HHAs for the Palmer, Belchertown, Ludlow and Williamsburg.

Job Duties include:
Meeting with each client(s) 1-hour per day for:
- Meal prep
- Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, dishes)
- Running errands / Light grocery shopping
- Helping with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Reminding the client to take their medication on time (we do not administer medications)
- Tracking your client’s condition and reporting changes to your supervisor
Requirements Include:
- Preferred HHA or CNA Certified
- CPR Certification required.
- Updated TB skin test and Physical
- Background check required (CORI/SORI/OIG).
- Driver's License/State ID required.
- Travel, must have own transportation, flexibility (up to 7 days a week)
- Mature, responsible, attendance, and punctuality
- High standards of honesty, and integrity
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Bilingual- Spanish/English
