Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary accommodations, and sanitation standards.
- Hands-on experience with menu planning, catering operations, and shift management in a hospitality setting.
