Job Summary
The Office & Project Coordinator works closely with the Principal Architect to support the firm's daily operations and coordinate projects from planning through completion. As the Principal's trusted administrative and project coordination partner, this role is central to keeping projects organized, schedules on track, and communication flowing effectively among the design team, clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, deadlines, and team calendars.
- Maintain and develop project documentation, contracts, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Track project progress, budgets, invoices, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Support the Principal with project coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day priorities.· Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks and action items.
- Coordinate with the drafting team on design plans and assist with the preparation and submission of project deliverables.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular status updates to the Principal.
Qualifications
- Experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
