Duties
- Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation with precision and attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to guide project execution
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively on-site
- Execute framing carpentry, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, plastering, stucco application, and masonry work
- Measure dimensions accurately using tools such as tape measures and levels for proper fit and alignment
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, restoration efforts, and site preparation tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by conducting site inspections and maintaining a clean work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction roles with hands-on knowledge of metal stud framing, roofing, masonry, and drywall installation
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and ability to interpret schematics and blueprints
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and woodworking techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics
- Experience reading technical drawings and schematics for accurate project execution
- Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, and plastering methods
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Valid construction site experience with familiarity in framing carpentry, siding installation, and remodeling projects
